About the Company

The Company was incorporated in Hyderabad in October 2010 to take up the Karanji–Wani–Ghuggus–Chandrapur road concession.

Background

IVRCL Chandrapur Tollways Limited is the special purpose vehicle for the Karanji–Wani–Ghuggus–Chandrapur road. It was incorporated on 21 October 2010 and signed the concession agreement with the Public Works Department, Government of Maharashtra, six weeks later, on 1 December 2010.

The Company was promoted by IVRCL Limited, a Hyderabad engineering and construction company, which was also the construction contractor for the project. IVRCL Limited is in liquidation.

Management during the insolvency process

Since 19 November 2025 the Company has been under a corporate insolvency resolution process ordered by the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench-II. The powers of the Board of Directors are suspended, and the Resolution Professional, Mr Piyush Kisanlal Jani, manages the Company’s affairs.
