Karanji–Wani–Ghuggus–Chandrapur road
IVRCL Chandrapur Tollways Limited holds the concession to widen, operate and maintain about 85 km of road in eastern Maharashtra, from the NH-44 junction at Karanji to Padoli junction, just north-west of Chandrapur.
The Public Works Department, Government of Maharashtra, awarded the concession in December 2010 on a design, build, finance, operate and transfer basis. The Company was set up for this road and has no other business.

The concession
The Company holds one concession, for this road, from the Government of Maharashtra. Under it the Company designs, builds and finances the improvements, recovers its investment from toll, and hands the road back to the Public Works Department when the concession ends.
